Our lawful bases are contract or steps before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business and website, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. How long we keep it

Website enquiries are normally retained for 12 months. If an enquiry leads to a client, supplier or other business relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer in line with our contractual, professional, tax, insurance and legal obligations. Analytics information is kept only for the period configured in the relevant service and reviewed periodically.

Where it is stored and shared

Enquiries and business correspondence are stored within Microsoft 365. Our website is operated using Webflow, which may process website, form and technical data on our behalf. We may also share personal information with professional advisers, insurers, technology providers, public authorities or other parties where necessary to operate our business, provide services or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Where a service provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law and can provide further information on request.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate use and improve this website. The analytics service is not loaded unless you select ‘Accept analytics’. If you accept, limited technical and usage information may be collected, such as pages viewed, device type, general location and referral source. You can change your choice at any time using the ‘Privacy choices’ control. Analytics information is retained for the period configured in Google Analytics and reviewed periodically.

Your rights
